Mewar University is a private university established in the year 2009. The university is promoted under the aegis of the Mewar Education Society (MES). The Mewar University is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC), the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), the Bar Council of India (BCI), and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). It is also accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a B grade. This university is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP).

Mewar University Admission 2024
Mewar University admission 2024 has not started yet. The admission process for the 2024-25 academic year is expected to begin from April 1, 2024 (tentative). The university is one of the CUET-accepting universities. So, students with a valid CUET UG score may get admission to most of its UG courses, such as B.Tech, BBA, B.Pharm, B.Com, LLB, BBA+MBA, BCA+MCA, and others. However, securing a score in CUET UG does not guarantee admission to Mewar University. Candidates need to participate in the Mewar University counselling process based on CUET UG to secure final admission.
Besides CUET, the university also accepts other national-level exams like JEE Main for B.Tech admissions, GATE for M.Tech, and LSAT/CLAT for LLB. Mewar University MBA admissions depend on the CAT/ MAT/ XAT secured by the candidates. Students who have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks may apply for this programme. Mewar University fees range from Rs 4000 to Rs 375000 per year, depending on the degree level, duration and specialization of the course. The college offers 351 courses at Diploma, Certificate, PG and UG programmes. Furthermore, Mewar University offers 37 courses in BSc, 28 courses in B.Tech at the UG level.
