Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University was started with a small college in Arts which was then followed by MJRP College of Education, Ambassy Millennium Senior Secondary School, Human Resource College of Veterinary Science, MJRP College of Corporate Management, Ambassy School of Nursing, MJRP College of Corporate Management. The University provides education in many departments including Fashion Designing, Education, Health Care Science, Agriculture, Home Science, Management, Information technology, Arts, Science and Commerce, Architecture and Engineering. Besides enrolling students for many courses available in all departments, the University is well-known for its MBA Agribusiness, B. Tech., LLM, LLB, B. Sc. Honors Agriculture, M. Sc. Agriculture Science & Technology, Bio-Technology / Biotech, and other fashion Designing Programs. Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University became the first University in the state of Rajasthan which is recognized by Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR) as Scientific Industrial Research Organization (SIROs).
