In order to be eligible for the course of B.Tech at Institute of Engineering & Technology, Alwar, candidates must satisfy the below-mentioned criteria:
- Must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as the combination of subjects along with Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject.
- Must have obtained not less than 45% marks in each of the subjects. The same shall be 40% marks for reserved category candidates.
- The qualifying exam must be conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or any other exam recognised equivalent thereto by the same board or Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
- Diploma or B.Sc students with the LEEP in 2nd year of B.Tech may also apply for which 20% seats are reserved.
